Please Note: 1)Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. It will include a receipt, and the total will reflect actual shipping charges. As our computers are not perfect and only estimate the cost of shipping, sometime the actual cost of shipping will be less, in those situations where shipping is less than what was charged, we will issue a refund for the difference, however in some cases due to large, bulky, or oversized items the cost of shipping may be more, in those cases we will contact you with an updated shipping cost that must be made before we can ship. We apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause you. 2)Please ensure your contact information and delivery address is correct prior to submitting order. You are responsible for any costs incurred to redirect/reship your order. 3)All International orders must include phone number, this information is required by Canada Post. Pre-Sale Orders: All Pre-Sale orders are final. No exchanges or refunds. If you have pre-sale items, along with in stock items on your order, we will ship your order to you when it it fulfilled completely. If you would like these items shipped separately, please purchase your regular in-stock items on separate orders. We are unable to ship multiple packages, due to cost the cost of postal rates. Customs, Duty, Taxes and Extra Free: The Cloth Castle is not responsible for paying for any customs, duties, extra fees, and taxes. Lost, Stolen, Late, & Damaged Packages: If you suspect your package is lost, or have questions about the status of your order please contact us. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, late or damaged packages, but we will do our best to help where we can. Returns: Items may be returned for an in store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in "like-new" condition. Any shipping on returns is at the buyers expense, unless a mistake has been made by The Cloth Castle ( a wrong item, quantity not correct, not enough, etc), in the case it is our fault The Cloth Castle will reimburse the cost of the shipping. In order to keep our inventory correct please return all items with a copy of all the paperwork, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number so we can update our sales system. International Returns: At this time we will not be accepting international returns, as such, all International sales are final, unless a mistake has been made by The Cloth Castle ( a wrong item, quantity not correct, damaged item, etc) in the case that there is a mistake made on our behalf please contact us as soon as possible so we can work together to make it right.
